  • Course access for less than 14 days
  • Completion of less than 25% of course materials
  • Technical issues preventing course access
  • Duplicate purchases or billing errors
  • Course content significantly different from description

2 Refund Timeframes

Different refund windows apply based on your situation:
  • Full refund: Within 7 days of purchase
  • Partial refund: 8-14 days after purchase
  • Technical issues: Extended 30-day window
  • Billing errors: No time limit for resolution
  • Course updates: 14 days from notification

3 Non-Refundable Items

Certain purchases are not eligible for refunds under our policy:
  • Completed courses (over 75% progress)
  • Downloaded materials and resources
  • One-on-one coaching sessions
  • Certification exam fees
  • Third-party service integrations

4 Processing Methods

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method:

! Important Considerations

Please note that refund requests require verification of your account and purchase history. For subscription-based services, cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. Partial refunds are calculated based on unused service time and course completion status.
